Key Responsibilities: Searching for and contacting potential candidates via job boards and online platforms. Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates. Writing professional candidate profiles tailored to school requirements. Editing and updating CVs. Preparing compliance documentation to meet legal and regulatory standards.
